With over a decade of experience in technical support at Apple Inc., over twenty in the field, and a background in teaching basic computer usage. I am excited about the opportunity to bring my expertise directly to the residents of Oakland, FL and The Villages.
During my time at Apple Inc., I have honed my skills in troubleshooting and resolving a variety of complex technical issues. I have a proven track record of providing excellent customer service and ensuring all technical equipment is functioning the way my customers expect. My experience assisting with the technology needs of my clients in various organizations and capacities has equipped me with the ability to adapt to different environments and provide tailored solutions to meet individual needs.

Often getting assistance with these things involves long phone support calls, with long wait times, and multiple transfers, only to be provided instructions on complex technical steps you're not comfortable completing.
Our goal at ExoTech solutions, is to make things easy. No need for spending hours on the phone, trying to interpret technical jargon to complete provided steps. We'll do the hard stuff for you!
